5 credits bought - 4 left

I bought 5 credits - I have 4 left but now I have to buy another 5 to download a picture? This makes no sense.

Hi Patric

We had an issue recently where Credit Packs did not provision correctly so you only received 1 license instead of 5 credits.  I've corrected this.
