We have an Adobe Stock corporate account that includes regional office use and we have set up user profiles for each region so they can download their own imagery for convenience. So far this has worked well for us, but our regional buyer in China cannot access Adobe Stock content, even though they are logging in via our US VPN. They can access the site, but all content is blocked. They do not have this problem with other stock vendors. The user profile for AP is set up exactly like our other regional user profiles. Adobe tells us there is nothing they can do because China is the blocker. If so, does anyone know why can our China office access other stock vendor sites? Or why can they still not see content when they are logging into our vpn to access the website? Is there a workaround that would allow the China buyer to view content?
