I am an annual subscriber and licenced a video earlier this week. I assumed it was part of the package and am horrified to have been charge £57 without any warning at any point in the process. I really do think it would be worth having a warning before proceeding with licencing as I see along trail of other users have made the same error.
As it turns out we will not be using the clip in our current project and would be grateful if you woulkd refund me that cost of this asset. Thanks in advance, R
When a customer purchases licenses premium assets and videos on the Adobe Stock website there is always a confirmation. If you have found an instance where this is not the case please provide more information so I can investigate.

This did NOT happen in my case, no confirmation arrived otherwise I would never have purchased it had I known this was the case. That is precisely my point, it is unjust as I am not even using the asset. I am not a big corporate and work is slow and now I am £57 down due to a giant corporate company: Adobe taking taking taking from the little guy. I think its shameful. Is Evilbugqueen some kind of joke name?
