I accidentally signed up for an annual plan but haven't used my license yet - would I be able to cancel it? I tried to do it through the traditional means and it was going to charge me for the entire year.
For most plans there is a generous 50% discount if you cancel your plan early. (Using or installing makes no difference). Contact Adobe Customer Service and see if you can persuade them to better that. Tip: they may offer you some free months to entice you to stay anyway. If you accept this YOUR YEAR COMMITMENT WILL START AGAIN at the end of the free months.
