I'm a long time user and I accidentally ordered the extended license for a photo. I immediately sent emails and tried to call and got voicemail. No one is getting back to me.
I pay a lot of money to adobe each month, and I'm pretty aggravated that I can't get help. Covid-19 has me basically out of work and I can't afford this unintentional expense. Can someone please help me?
You sent e-mails? There is no support e-mail I'm aware of. And phone numbers? I do not know what numbers you used, but also here there is a restricted number of phone numbers out and they are not very publicly displayed and it really depends on your current contract.
Best is to contact Adobe customer care via the officially recommended route. Adobe customer care can be contacted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html - click the small callout at the lower right of the screen and type "agent".
Depending on your location and language, customer care availability may be restricted to office hours. Sometimes the support agent does not understand what you want to do, so you need to be quite insistent. But please stay friendly, there are humans on the other side of the line. And they are also stressed.
