The lag between the transfer of Fotolia credits to Adobe Stock is now resolved and the data from any initiated transfer should now being populated automatically over the next few hours.

In the first instance I would login into your account on the Fotolia website and report it there

Why that? It´s a problem from Adobe. Adobe told me that I can start moving the Galeries from the Account. But there is no possibility. Adobe showed the Credits before they dissapeared in the Adobe Account.

Hi,

We are currently investigating the noted issue that there is a time lag between the transfer of credits and when they show on Adobe Stock. I provide an update here when resolved. Thanks for your patience.

Hi Laura,

Sorry to hear that.

I have checked your account details and noticed that the subscription downloads(4) and the credit(1) has already been transferred from, Fotolia.

Could you elaborate on your issue so that we can further assist you?

Regards,

Twarita

Hi, thanks for replying. Yes, the credits have gone from the fotolia account, and the library has transferred over, the issue is that the credit didn't show up in my Adobe account. I have since purchased an 'on demand' licence (for which I used a credit card and have an invoice with this noted as the form of payment), but I'm not sure where the credit went, as I didn't receive it. If you want to email me at [removed personal info] I can provide my account details, if that assists.

Thanks again.

Hi Laura

With Adobe Stock, you have a Team entitlement and a Personal entitlement.  You can select the appropriate account from the drop down on the top bar when you're signed in to Adobe Stock.

The Fotolia information was transferred to your personal account and the credit was used to license this image - 62308018.

The on-demand purchase was made under the team account and has been used to license this image - 181022630.

You can check this in your License History.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Bev
