I had an adobe stock subscription that I am not renewing. I am supposed to have access until Dec 7th, but today (Dec 5th) it is saying my account is suspended due to billing issues and won't let me use my remaining assets. So far the chat support has left me unanswered on "connecting with a specialist" for almost an hour. And by the time their phone support is open on Monday my account will be expired. Anyone else run into this when cancelling a subscription? I have over 40 assets left to use in the next 2 days, so not very happy...

Hi @Jennifer5CC7,

I'm sorry this happened to you. I see that you were sent two messages regarding the expiration of your account, one for the 7th and another for the 5th. I am looking into the issue as this is unusual. I appreciate you patience while I review this issue.

@Jennifer5CC7

Additional review shows that you were successfully able to use the unused quota left on your account and that your quota is now zero and your subscription is cancelled.

Yes, thank you! I did eventually get through to someone through chat support over the weekend who took care of it. I apologize, I should have updated my post. Thank you for looking into it!
