Olá, estou sem acesso ao banco de imanges da Adobe já há alguns dias. Testei em três navegadores diferentes (Safari, Chrome e Firefox), desativei firewall, controles de segurança, testei questões de proxies e nada. A pesquisa no banco de imagens retorna com erro 500 quando logado na conta. Quando deslogado, a pesquisa ocorre normalmente. Alguém pode me ajudar?

Hi, I haven't had access to the Adobe image bank for a few days now. Tested in three different browsers (Safari, Chrome and Firefox), disabled firewall, security controls, tested proxies issues and nothing. The image bank search returns with error 500 when logged into the account. When logged out, the search takes place normally. Can someone help me?
