Adobe Stock Abo trotz Kündigung verlängert worden

Wir haben das monatliche Adobe Stock für 750 Bilder pro Monat gebucht und einige Tage später bei einem hohen Creditstand von etwa 650 Bildern gekündigt. Die Kündigung wurde uns in einem Popup als Success bestätigt. Jetzt wurde trotz der bestätigten Kündigung die Kosten des Abos erneut in Rechnung gestellt und die Credits aufgefüllt. Wir sind von der Verlässlichkeit Ihrer Meldung ausgegangen und wollen deshalb die Kosten der ungewünschte Verlängerung des Abos zurückgebucht haben und den Creditstand auf den Stand der Kündigung zurück korrigiert haben. Das ist jedoch nicht möglich, wenn der Support-Center wie immer nicht erreichbar ist!

I've looked up the subscription details under the Adobe ID you are using on the forums. I see that you currently have a 750 image month-to-month subscription. To cancel you can sign into https://accounts.adobe.com and cancel your subscription there. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
