Adobe stock account charges

I recently discovered that I had five months of Adobe Stock service charged to my bank account. I had no clue that I was actually subscribed to this service. After talking with an operator on the chat support, and providing the last four digits of account I was being charged to, they ascertained that I was subscribed under an email address on a domain name I own - but with a specific email address I know does not exist. There would never have been any way of recovering a password that belonged to this supposed account as there is no real email address to receive communications. So, I had no idea about this subscription until I noticed the charges in my account. The operator terminated the subscription for me, but I would like a refund of the 5 charges to my bank account for the service that I didn't know exist or have any way of logging in to.
