Adobe Stock & Layered Photoshop files

Hi. Does Adobe stock offer layered photoshop files. I'm looking for a psd file, layered, of a full image of an grungy American Flag, that I can lay another image into the stripes and stars of the flag, like flowers.

I'm sorry we do not offer .psd files. We do offer vectors which do have layers.
