Hello,

I wanted to clarify the usage of adobe stock with 'roleplay gamebooks'.

The points I need help with are:

  • The primary content is the written rules
    • The images are used as a flavour for these rules and are cropped to pages (see the bottom image as an example.
  • Include the asset in some types of products, such as inside a textbook, as long as the primary value of the product is not the asset itself, and the product is not reproduced more than 500,000 times.
    • With this example above a 'roleplay gamebook' could constitute as a 'textbook' as well.

Am I correct in thinking that these are one and the same and that it would be acceptable to use a standard adobe stock licence in a gamebook without the need for an extended licence?
