Adobe Stock Cancel - Pictures GONE

So I had a Subscription but I never used it. So i still paid monthly and the money was on Adobe Stock in terms of free pictures i could download.

I had like 60 free photos i could download and then i decided to cancel the subscription, as i wouldn't even use those 60 up.

Now that i've canceled it, all of those 60 photo-coupons are gone.

I already paid for those i just had to download what i wanted.

so i lost money to adobe.

Please help!

Hi Bozana,

I have checked your account details and noticed that your Stock subscription has been canceled and the remaining assets were expired on 3/14/2017. I would like to let you know that you can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription. Also, the assets which are downloaded once forever remain in your license history.
