Fiz um plano anual de compra mensal de 10 créditos. Este plano terminou a 6 de Janeiro de 2018, tinha cerca de 100 créditos disponíveis e fiquei sem nada.

O termos e condições dizem que os créditos não utilizados expiram automaticamente 12 meses após a data de compra. Pois bem de compeei 10 créditos em Fevereiro de 2017 + 10 em Março + 10 em Abril... por aí em diante, estes deveriam expirar apenas no ano seguinte, 2018, no mês da com a desses 10 créditos. Pois bem, sinto que paguei um serviço que não usei. Sinto-me enganado pela comunicação duvidosa da Adobe, que não foi clara e não proteje os clientes que pagaram.

O mesmo digo da tarefa difícil que é obter suporte telefónico... um autentico passo impossível. Péssimo serviço. Assim vou mudar de forrnecedor de imagens.

Your image credits will be reinstated if you subscribe to a new Stock plan again, however, for this request, I will suggest you to contact our support team. Please see the link shared in my above post.

Also, if you wish not to pay for the Stock plan please download all the image credits prior to cancelling as if you cancel during the first-month billing cycle, your credit card will not be charged and your service will continue until the end of that first month’s billing cycle. If you cance

Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you. I did go through your account details and noticed that you had 10 images a month(one-year) plan which has been cancelled and thus the remaining assets got expired on 1/14/2018.

According to our Stock terms and conditions mentioned in below FAQ, you can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, however, you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.
