Has anyone else experienced their adobe stock credits disappearing after 1 year subscription is up?

In my case I won an Adobe Live competition and recieved Creative Cloud and Adobe Stock subscription for a year.

Do stock credits disappear after the subscriptions expire?

thanks,

Hi Sean,

Thanks for reaching out the Adobe Stock community.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you had an Adobe Stock subscription- 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 23rd January 2017. The subscription has been cancelled. You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription. for more information, please refer to Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock

Also, the free standard images which were allocated to your account on 9/26/2017 expired on 9/26/2018 since

the licenses of Adobe Stock are valid for one year from the date they were added to the customer's account and that is the reason you are unable to access your remaining assets.

However, the assets which are downloaded already will always remain in your license history.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Thanks for your quick response Twarita.

I was only going to keep my Adobe CC account because of these stock credits.

I originally contacted Adobe chat on October 1st in regards to this Stock issue. Pankhuri Gupta said since I won these through a competition he would have to escalate this case to a senior for a better solution. He gave me a window of 2-3 days for more information. I never heard back from anyone.

My Adobe CC subscription was reinitiated 10/4. I would like to cancel my subscription since I no longer have these 119 Image assets.

When I go to cancel my subscription on adobe cc I receive a error 504 page.

As I did not receive the information I requested before October 4th's CC renewal I would expect not to be charged any cancelation fees.

"If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you will receive a full refund."

Is the cancellation terminal down right now?

Thanks,

Sean
