I am having a problem checking how many stock photo credits I have left. Or if my subscription has expired, etc. I am not seeing the usual credit count in blue when I am on the stock.adobe.com page. Could you please advise.
I have solved the problem, apparently the billing information on the account needed to be updated by our teams account administrator. Seems to be working now.
