Adobe Stock Keeps asking to Update Payment Details

Hi...my account says it has 40 images available but when I try to download a file it says that my payment failed and that I need to update my payment info. I've done that for the past two days but it still isn't working. Please help! Thanks, Cam

I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock subscription-40 images a month(month-month) plan on 16 Mar 2018. The subscription is in a suspended state due to payment issues.
