Hi,

For some reason we now have 2 subscriptions for adobe stock.

Now the adobe on demand subscription is overruling the 10 images/month  subscription.

This results in paying for every image € 9,99

How can this be fixed?

Jovan,

I understand that you are using the Adobe ID shared above. I have already checked your account and noticed that you have 44 standard licenses available for download. So you shouldn’t be seeing any charges for standard licenses.

You need to sign in to stock with the Adobe ID(which you have shared in your above post) and then you need to open the profile and make sure you are choosing personal. Please see the screenshot:

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Hi Jovan,

Sorry to hear that.

I just checked your account details and noticed that you have two team's account where you do not have any Stock subscription. Your team received the free team offer a couple of times earlier. You also have a personal small annual Stock subscription.

You might be choosing the wrong account/ profile after logging in.

Could you please sign in to the correct account and check?

To choose the correct account please follow the steps below:

  • Go to stock.adobe.com
  • On the Stock page click on your name on the right-hand side top corner and select the correct account.

You may also contact the support teamSupport FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support?  for further assistance.

Please let us know if you still face troubles.

Regards

Twarita

Hi Twarita,

I don’t use the team account for adobe stock.

I’m using the account <removed by moderator> for the adobe stock subscription.

Met vriendelijke groet,

Jovan Dierkx
