Adobe Stock Plan: Losing Unused Credits

I've been paying £7.19 a month for the past year and all of a sudden I'm being charged £23.99 (with no notice whatsoever about this, may I add)

I decided I would let the first payment slip, if I get to use my credits up whenever I like, I have 71 on my account unused!!

Except I've been told I'll lose them if I cancel my plan. I don't understand why when I've paid for them?

Hi Gemma,

It seems that you had subscribed to the Adobe Stock plan at a promotional price which was valid for 1 year only and when your subscription renewed you are being charged the normal pricing for the plan subscribed.

As far as the credits are concerned, they will be carried forward with an existing plan.

Please Contact Customer Care for more information.

Regards,

Sheena
