Adobe Stock unavailable although owning CC Suite?

Hello there,

so I have had this problem for a while now, that is, I can't download any Adobe Stock assets. And today, I was curious and wanted to try again, thinking maybe it had just been that one day when it would not work… but no. Now it's even worse because the site leading me to Adobe Stock is all grey and I can't do anything. It just says that Adobe Stock is unavailable for my account (even though I'm paying for the whole suite) and that I should ask an IT-Administrator for help but I don't even know how or where. The options that are leading to the FAQ are not matching with my problem, so…

Does anyone have a solution for me, please?

Thank you,

Nathalie

Hi N.P.,

The subscription your school has signed up for is specific for schools. Anyone assigned to the subscription will not be allowed to access the Adobe Stock website because some content on the site may not be appropriate for students.

Hi N. P.,

I see that you are part of a school organization. Is it possible that your subscription is set up for students to use?

I have the complete suite with the discount for students since last year and have been paying it since then.

Last week, my school opened up the opportunity for us to use the suite, that was put at our disposal only during classes, at home too, but I have not confirmed anything… I already thought that this may be blocking me from the usage of the stock but I actually had the problem earlier.
