My plan won't reactive even though I've updated my payment information. It's been 24 hours, but I still get the message below. Please advise.

Shafiq,I apologize for the troubles that you've been facing here with the billing.I checked your account here for the billing details and that's update with the card on file and we've charged the authorization charge for $1(on 31st of August, 2018) and it has been successful.I would suggest you to Contact Customer Care to get the subscription reactivated.Let me know if you face any troubles in reaching the support.Regards,Twarita

I would suggest you to sign out from Adobe Stock, sign back in, and try to purchase the asset again. Also, try using a different browser and let us know if this solves your issue.
