I have checked your account details and was unable to find any subscription under the Adobe ID shared in the forums.
Have you perhaps taken another trial with a different Adobe ID? Please provide the order number so we can have this checked.

Dear Twarita,
I haven’t another adobe account. I just received my credit card statement, “ADOBE STOCK ADOBE.COM IE” charged me 2 times, total HKD 456 plus overseas transaction fee HKD 1.82. How can I do that??
If it is possible for you to check if my credit card in your database?
