I'm trying to buy stock footage and after purchasing 4 others, I've now received this and cannot purchase my next clip:

How can this be fixed? All cards and necessary details are updated and correct.

Thank you for reaching out on the forums. If you see this message after several successful purchases it generally indicates that your bank is refusing the transaction. Banks have rules in place for these types of transactions. Please contact your bank for additional information.
