Up until yesterday, I was able to purchase videos a la carte. Today, I am no longer able to. I can't change my Stock in perpetuity purchase information (account info says plan has expired).
What do I need to do if I just want to use one video? Am I required to pay a monthly fee or buy credits now, or is there still a way to just buy an image as you need it?

There seems to be an issue with your account and that is the reason you are unable to purchase a video. Let me get this checked from the product team. I will update this thread once I hear from them.
Can you please replace the order and check if you are getting the same error now?
