Hello,
I don't know how you guys manage to do that but I've been enrolled in a yearly subscribtion plan charged 35€/month. I've already lost 35€ for nothing. Thankfully, I managed to block Adobe to take more of my money from my PayPal account, but now I can't even cancel my subscription.
I've seen that I'm supposed to pay a termination fee to cancel my subscription (well, I still don't even know how to do it). I'm really outraged. I've been using Adobe services for more than 10 years without a single problem, but THIS is a practice I can't cope with.
Please cancel my subscription and waive that termination fee the same way you did to others "forced customers".

In August you signed up for the 10 image subscription with one month of free trial. This is a one year contract if you do not cancel within the first 30 days. When you stopped payment on the subscription you put the account in suspension. You will need to contact customer care for further assistance: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

does the subscription show up in your account? Is it an Adobe Stock subscription?
