Can't cancel my free trial

I still see "You’ll be able to manage your plan shortly."

If I use the link cancel-plan , at the next step it shows:

"There was a problem processing your request.

Please try again later. If the issue persists, please contact Customer support."

Update:

Okay, I've reached out to customer support and they cancelled my plan.
