Can't cancel trial subscription

I used a personal credit card to get trial access to Stock, but now I can't cancel it. I used my work computer and I'm on my Creative Cloud account, but when I signed up for the trial, I used my personal email address and payment information. Now it's telling me to contact my administrator to cancel the trial even though I did it using my own information. I work for such a huge company that I wouldn't even know who to contact for cancelling. 

 

If I was able to sign up using my own credit card information and personal email address that is NOT associated with my Creative Cloud account, I should be able to cancel it that way too.

Hi bsermak,

You'll need to sign into https://accounts.adobe.com using the personal email address you used for the trial. You'll be able to cancel the subscription there.
