Can't Download Images (have 2 downloads left)

Hi, whenever I got to download an image I get a "Payment Error" dialogue with no additional info. I cancelled my subscription, but I still should be able to use my remaining 2 downloads correct?

Hi Michael,

I just checked your account details and it seems that your Adobe Stock subscription has been suspended and that is why you are unable to download the remaining assets.

Also, you can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.
