I've tried everything, cleared cache, logged back in, tried downloading from license history and I can't download a thing. I get a TSL settings for this website are out of date error message when attempting to download from the license history. Otherwise, I get nothing, just, "your image has been saved to computer" and then ... absolutely nothing. Help!

Is this what you're seeing?

Can't connect securely to this page.

This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website's owner.

I can't download either. Did have a big windows update yesterday, though so that may be causing the issue.

Hi Boyer,

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues while downloading Stock files. I would like to know a few things which will help me resolve your concern.

Are you mentioning about the TLS setting?

As you have mentioned that your images are getting saved to your computer, so have you checked the 'download section' as the files are saved there by default.

Lastly, have you tried downloading the files using a different browser?

Regards
Twarita
