I have an enterprise account with 10 free images, and when I try to "License & Save to Computer" I get this forever:
I've tried wifi and wired connections. Any ideas here, or do I need to find out through my company?

Regarding the issue here, I would recommend trying a different web browser or reset the current one and try to download the image.
