Can't open file's

Just downloaded two file's and I can't open , it keep's saying could not be opened file is damaged or use a file format that preview doesn't recognize , I'm on a Mac am I doing something wrong  , what am I missing to make this work .

Richard,Sorry to hear that. I have checked the images at my end and did not encounter the same issue.Please confirm the application you are currently using? Also, I believe the asset wasn't downloaded successfully.
