I cancelled my 10 images per month (yearly) subscription earlier this month. However in order to download the remaining images I had left on my account, Adobe had to restart my account. I have been calling and chatting to cancel the account (again). I have had no answer!! Now I have been charged an extra month and another yearly subscription! Please refund the charge made on December 27, 2017 and cancel my subscription for good.
You can now self cancel your Stock subscription from the account management page.

I am not paying $164.95 to cancel a year subscription that I did not subscribe to in the first place. Please cancel to account to bypass the cancellation charge and refund the $29.99 charged yesterday.
Again, I cancelled the account earlier this month. The account resubscribed due to Adobe Stock's technical billing issues. Please cencel the account or forward this issue to a manger.
