A trial subscription automatically expires in 7 days. If you joined without a credit card, there is nothing to cancel. If you wish to end your trial early, uninstall the software.

I am subscribed but the software will not install. Support staff have kept me waiting for an hour and I am giving up. How do I cancel if it never installed?

I have checked your account details and was unable to find any active subscription under the Adobe ID shared in the forums. Have you perhaps taken another trial with a different Adobe ID? Please provide the order number so we can have this checked.
