How can I cancel my subscription plan with an annual commitment? I bought a monthly free version, and now I can not find the button in the administration of the plan. True, the monthly trial period has already passed and the payment has not been removed simply because of the invoicing error. Please ask how to cancel the plan and not have to pay? Thanks.
