Hi i can't find the cancel button in my account. I need to cancel my subscription before get charge.
This doesn't look right !!!

My credit card was fine.
Actually they charge me the service anyway today. 😕 I tried to cancel before, because I was just trying the free trial, but i have'n't the option to do it as I shown in the picture.
Do you know what should I do ? I mean is there a contact service? I'm in New Zealand.
