I was recently billed $36,29 for my second month of service. I got the first month free. I have not downloaded any images yet. I would like to cancel because I will not be reimbursed by my employer for the service. I read on your website that if I cancel within 14 days of the second billing cycle for this type of membership (first month free), I won't have any problems with cancellation fees. Thanks.
