I didn't order Stock nor do I want it but somehow it is being charged to my son's credit card. There is no way he would have purchased stock. I've been on the phone twice today both over 40 minutes with no answer, can't investigate Stock charges via chat, there is not way to investigate why it is being charged. I have used adobe photoshop and misc. applications since '07 and never had a billing issue.
I need a credit for over $60 applied to my son's account he can't afford fraudulent charges. HELP ASAP
