Hi! My trial for Adobe Stock continues without any confirmation and I am billed already for 2 invoices. I need to cancel my plan but I am ask to pay for early cancellation fee of 6,000. What will I do to cancel it without any further payments? It's a burden for me to pay for the monthly fee. Please help.

That's what has been written and what you agreed upon when you took the subscription. You commited to a one year subscription, paid monthly, with the first month free and cancelable without fee during the free month.

 

Additionally you could have cancelled during the first 14 days of the start of the second month and you would have gotten full refund.

 

I suggest to contact Adobe customer service: Contact Customer Care .

Use the little callout at the bottom right of the screen and type "agent".
