Cancelled subscription but still have photo credits

I cancelled by annual subscripton but I still have 58 unredeemed photos which I already paid for. I was told I have until the end of the month to be on the account. But I'm assuming I'll still be able to get my photos after this date as I already PAID FOR THEM!! Please tell me I am correct in thinking this because I paid for 58 pics which I still haven't chosen/downloaded. thanks.

I see you have an account under the same Adobe ID as with forums. I did go through your account details and noticed that you purchased Adobe Stock 10 images a month(one-year) plan on 31st January 2017. Currently, it seems that your account is in a suspended state (due to payment issues) and your remaining assets(58) got expired on 1/29/2018.

I would like to let you know that you can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.
