Cancelled subscription issue

Started the free trial of the Adobe stock, cancelled subscription shortly after, just noticed it's tried to take money out of my account. I now cannot cancel the subscription as it's asking me to try and pay again. This was the first time I've tried an Adobe product, and now it'll be the last. Please sort this out as I did cancel it.
