Cannot cancel Adobe Stock trial

I signed up for the Adobe Stock trial a while back with the intention of opting out after a few days. However time went by and I forgot, until I started noticing the $29.99 removal from my debit account each month. I went to cancel the plan under my Plans tab in my Adobe Account, but could only see my CC plan and nothing else. It seemed that I could not cancel the Stock plan as there was no optionto do so. I reached out to support but they could not cancel my plan and told me to speak with my bank. The $29 is still being drawn out of my account each month and all I want is for the plan to be cancelled. Please help.

No one can help you here. The only ones that could assist you with the cancel is Adobe Customer Service. They need, however, to know the adobe id you used to take the subscription. You may take a subscription A on Adobe id X and subscription B on Adobe id Y.

 

As for the rest, there really may be the bank solution left.
