Cannot download licensed video file

I know there are other posts about not being able to download licensed images. Just want to make sure Adobe's staff is also aware the video files are not working. I'm trying to download a stock video file and have tried in Safari and Chrome. Both browsers say it will take 10+ hours to download a 1.1 GB file. I was able to download 5 GB of video files from Pond5 and Shutterstock in under 15 minutes so internet is not the problem. I tried chatting with a support team member but they did not provide a solution. If I'm not able to download this file, I'll need to find something comparable elsewhere and request a refund. Very disappointing.

I am glad that the issue got resolved for you.

I assume that you would have been affected by the intermittent issue that we were experiencing on the Stock website which got resolved yesterday itself.
