Cannot set a password for a new adobe stock paid membership account

My friend recently signed up for Adobe Stock for 40 standard assets a month with Free 1 Month trial. He received a confirmation email saying Your Adobe Stock subscription is now active! However, whenever we try to set the password, it gives us this error message:

We already tried signing in and just clicking the forgot password button but the same error message comes up.

Please help.

Hi Leila,

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are facing here! I would request you to try to use a different browser, make sure to have the cache and cookies cleared first and try to reset the password for the account. Let me know if you still face any issues after trying the following steps.
