Cannot use the 18 images available after canceling subscription

I am an Adobe Creative Suite subscriber and recently tried Adobe Stock. The selection is amazing and I like the service, but I didn't need it and cancelled. I still have 18 images available to use, but when I try to download an image, I am directed to my account payment page - where everything is paid up and fine... ? Can I use the 18 images showing available to me?
