I cancelled my Stock subscription and got charged €100!! This is ridiculous! And I can't find a damn phone number or email to contact about this. According to the person I spoke to when my trial got extended, they said it would be no problem to cancel my subscription at any time.
You had signed up for an annual subscription and failed to cancel before the renewal, these are the terms you agreed to when you signed up for the subscription.
