Ho acquistato un abbonamento da 10 file. Nel tentativo di capire come aprire un Ai (145137784.ai) mi è stato caricato due volte? Non riesco più ad accedere alla libreria. Come faccio se non avevo bisogno di 2 file uguali e ho cliccato per errore sullo stesso due volte? Inoltre se non si possiede un abbonamento di adobe illustrator come faccio ad aprire un Ai?

Hi Mila,

I checked your account with the Adobe ID on forums and there doesn't seem to be any Adobe Stock subscription under this account. Also, there are no download being done using this Adobe ID.

Can you check and confirm if there is any other Adobe Id that you're using?

Also, for the .ai files, we suggest you to use Adobe Illustrator as it preserves all the layers of the original image.

prova con <removed by the moderator>(id principale)  l'abbonamento è di 10 file e io ne avevo scaricati 9, ma cliccando erroneamente due volte sullo stesso file me lo ha duplicato con la bandierina "con licenza". Quindi sembra che ne abbia acquistati due uguali?   e dato che in totale erano  10  forse la libreria si chiude in automatico? ad ogni modo sto provando e riprovando ad aprire il file (AdobeStock_145137784.ai) ma dice che c'è un errore o perché il file è danneggiato o non è stato decodificato correttamente. Mi potete aiutare?

Hi Mila,

As Sheena has already mentioned, there is no active subscription under the Adobe ID shared with the forums. Also, I have downloaded the Ai file which you referring to and opened it with Illustrator. There seems to be no issue with the file.

Non capisco. Sono passata da fotolia ad adobe stock. Ho aderito alle 10 immagini il 08/12/2018. Ho ricevuto la vostra fattura e ora non risulta nulla? Cosa devo fare? Per tranquillità forse dovrei eseguire la procedura di cancellazione entro i termini senza penali e ripetere il tutto da capo?  per non trovarmi due abbonamenti in parallelo. Come è possibile questa cosa? Fatemi sapere grazie
