Anytime we create a project and add Adobe Stock to it and generate API keys we cannot view the project. It's been like this for a week or so...

This isn't Adobe support! This is a user to user forum and your problem is quite specific. I do even not dare to direct you to Adobe customer care as I think that they are not competent in this domain. We have done this and were given an email to contact StockApis directly with no response.
Bump. Got given an email for `stockapis` with no response. Quite possibly the worst support system in universe?
The only email we received at email@example.com was from David Glass on this same issue. Does he work with you? Adobe was closed the week of June 29-July 3. He told me the issue was resolved and there was nothing for us to investigate.
That is not an Adobe Stock error. It appears to be coming from a different system, perhaps some system you use at your job? If you are still encountering the issue please me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, but be prepared to give more technical information so I can try to route you to the correct person.
