Hello,

we want to use Adobe Stock images as background for our productimages to create cosy amtosphere. The products are cut out and composed in a layer over the stock image. We will adjust color and cutout and sometimes brighness, maybe some details have be mask out. Original image is the cutout of the product. Stock asset is in a second layer.

Now my question:

-  do I have to add the copyright information in the IPTC ?

-  if yes: how do I combine it with our copyright information for the product image ?

-  for the use in social media:  still neccessary to embedd copyright in the image?

Thank you very much for your kind assistance.

Regards

No.

No, as it is not "editorial" use, you are ok without acknowledging stock&author.
