I purchased a 16-count credit pack that was advertised as good for 16 standard images. When I went to license an image (standard format) it cost 5 credits. Can you cancel my credit pack purchase?

Hi Ken in STL,

I've reviewed your account using the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. I see that you have 16 credits in your quota, you have not used any of these credits. Is it possible you have another Adobe ID/account? If you require additional assistance please contact customer care. They can review your account and answer any additional questions you might have.

I purchased the 16 credits then went to license images but stopped when I saw they each require 5 credits.

Hi Ken in STL,

When you search you'll need to filter for assets that are not premium assets. Premium assets can range from 2 to 50 credits depending on the asset. Standard assets are 1 credit each.
