I canceled my subscription but I have 15 credits left, can I use them?

Apologies for the confusion here- I checked your account details and noticed that there was a payment issue on your account and the Stock subscription has been suspended, that is the reason you are unable to download your remaining assets.

I just checked your account details and noticed that the Stock subscription has been cancelled but the remaining assets are not yet expired.

I would request you to download them as soon as possible because the assets are forfeited soon after the cancellation of the subscription.

Hi,

Thank you for your quick reply.

When I'm trying to download an image I received a message that being said: Your Stock have been suspended. So that mean that it's too late?

Is it legal to forfeit my credit that I already bought?
